Bo & Jo

Bō-jutsu (棒術) is a Japanese martial art that teaches the handling of a long stick ( ). Bō-jutsu is studied separately or in addition to the bare-handed disciplines of certain forms of karate or Aikido, or as an integral part of a kobudo or kendo weapon system.
